In urma studiilor clinice realizate cu acizii alfa, izo-alfa si polizaharide din compozitia formulei patentate IBUcell™, substanta activa din RoboFlex™, s-au constatat urmatoarele efecte: reducerea disconfortului articular, imbunatatirea parametrilor de confort articular (la sezut, culcat, mers pe o suprafata plana), inhibarea inflamatiei acute in vivo, inhibarea moderata a enzimei COX-2 si inhibarea usoara a enzimei COX-1, actiunea antiinflamatorie de inhibare a enzimei COX-2 asemanatoare cu cea a ibuprofenului pe un interval de pana la 9 ore, lipsa efectelor adverse la nivel gastrointestinal si cardiovasular, inhibarea mediatorilor iNOS si PGE2, inhibarea activitatii GSK-3 si NF-kappaB, reducerea riscului de pierdere a masei osoase la femei aflate la menopauza, sanatoase sau cu sindrom metabolic, neutralizarea radicalilor liberi, imbunatatirea calitatii vietii.
